Aligned on results
We charge 15–25% of net revenue with no base fee, so our incentive is your occupancy and rate — not a retainer. Owners average a +22% RevPAR lift across our portfolio (2022–2026; results vary by property and market). Listing setup is available separately via RM Advisory.
