RM Hospitality was founded by Maurice Räder in Bamberg. Out of hands-on operational practice in short-term rentals grew a system combining co-hosting, revenue management, and proprietary software (CENTCOM) — today we manage more than 30 units.
We're not a pure property manager; we pair operational experience with our own technology. Because we develop our software CENTCOM ourselves, we automate processes that conventional providers handle manually — faster, more transparently, and measurably more profitably.
