RM Hosting works on a performance-based commission on the net revenue achieved: Starter 15 %, Growth 20 %, Full Service 25 % depending on scope of service. There is no base fee — we only earn when you earn.
CENTCOM is €169/month for 1–3 units, €349 for 4–15 and €549 for 16–30. Every plan includes all three areas (communication, housekeeping, invoicing). From 30 units we prepare an individual Enterprise quote. If you only need one or two areas, get in touch for a tailored quote. Self-service has no setup fee; optional managed onboarding is €499–1,499 depending on scope.
For self-managing owners: Launch Essentials €349 (Airbnb), Launch Professional €599 (Airbnb + Booking.com) and Launch Premium €899 (plus a third platform, listing copy in German and English, 30 days of fine-tuning). All packages are one-time final prices. And if you switch to RM Hosting (co-hosting) within 90 days, we waive the €500 setup fee entirely.
