CENTCOM: the operating system that runs above your PMS
Most hospitality software in Germany is either a PMS or a pricing tool. CENTCOM is neither — it is the operations layer that sits on top of them. It connects to Smoobu for bookings and PriceLabs for pricing, then automates the daily work most tools leave to you: guest communication, housekeeping, finance, and owner reporting. Built and run in-house by RM Hospitality across 30+ live units.

Where CENTCOM fits in your German hospitality stack
Your PMS holds the bookings. Your pricing tool sets the rates. But the hours actually go into everything in between — answering guests, dispatching cleaners, reconciling payouts, and reporting to owners. CENTCOM automates that middle layer so your existing tools do what they are good at while the operation runs itself.
Guest communication, automated
Structured, on-brand replies and message flows across your booking channels — driven by the reservation data already in your PMS, so guests get fast answers without you living in the inbox.
Housekeeping that dispatches itself
Turnovers, checklists, and cleaner coordination generated from real check-in and check-out dates — no manual scheduling, no missed cleans between back-to-back stays.
Finance and owner reporting
Payout reconciliation and clean monthly owner statements produced automatically, so revenue, commission, and net numbers are ready without a spreadsheet marathon.
Common questions.
No. CENTCOM is deliberately not a PMS and not a pricing engine. It is the operations platform that sits above them. It connects to Smoobu for bookings and PriceLabs for pricing, then automates guest comms, housekeeping, finance, and owner reporting on top. You keep your PMS; CENTCOM runs the work around it.
Yes. CENTCOM is delivered as software and works Germany-wide. RM Hospitality is based in Bamberg with hands-on Co-Hosting focused on Southern Germany, but the platform itself has no regional limit — if your bookings flow through a connected PMS, CENTCOM can run your operation.
CENTCOM plans are €169, €349 and €549 per month for 1–3, 4–15 and 16–30 units — every plan includes all three areas and scales purely by unit count. From 30 units we prepare an individual Enterprise quote. If you only need one or two areas, get in touch for a tailored quote. Pricing is per month with no setup fee on the self-serve plans; managed onboarding is optional.
